OUR MISSION

Service businesses are the backbone of every economy. They are also the most under-served by software. iSada exists so that a two-person shop can answer every call, in every language, with the same care and consistency as a hundred-person enterprise β€” without hiring a single new person.

THE STORY

A missed call started everything.

In 2023, our founder was running a small home services business in Toronto. The work was good. The reviews were great. The phone rang constantly. And every Friday, when he pulled the call logs, the same depressing pattern showed up: 40% of new-customer calls had gone unanswered.

Hiring a receptionist was financially impossible. Voicemail was a black hole. Existing IVR systems felt like getting trapped in a bureaucracy. The customers calling at 7pm on a Tuesday with a real, paying problem deserved better than "please leave a message."

We built the first version of iSada to solve that one problem. Then a friend asked to use it for their dental clinic. Then a salon owner. Then a fleet of HVAC trucks. The pattern was always the same: high-intent calls, predictable workflows, and a front desk one phone call behind.

Today iSada answers calls for service businesses across 40+ languages, 12 countries, and almost every industry that depends on the phone. The mission hasn't changed: never let a customer hang up because nobody was there to pick up.
